STEWARDSHIP. It will assist with planning and raising funds to do God's Work. .

ADMINISTRATION & BUILDINGS and GROUNDS. Studies and formulates recommendations on the planning and future development of the parish; provides information about the needs and resources within the parish and advises the pastor. Assists the Pastor by providing advice and assistance on the physical well being of the Church property, and oversees and coordinates other projects as the Pastor or Parish Council may designate. Oversees upkeep of all Parish properties, including routine repairs, cleaning and preventive maintenance.

COMMUNICATIONS. Promotes and provides for effective communications and good community relationships in the parish.

Establishes and maintains communication systems and media contracts to inform the parish about community programs and social issues. Assists parish organizations in publicizing their programs. Publishes a monthly newsletter, maintains bulletin board and provides information to local news agencies.

FINANCE. Provides for the overall administration of the parish finances. Assists the Parish Council in decision-making processes by conducting planning, programming, budgeting, accounting reporting and appraisal in financial matters. Studies parish revenues and makes recommendations for the use of funds with adjustments whenever necessary.

MARRIAGE & FAMILY LIFE. Plan, develop and coordinate activities that support marriage and family life within the parish.

PARISH FELLOWSHIP. Promotes and provides the social activities for the entire parish family. Plans and implements activities which include parties, suppers, games, picnics, and special celebrations. Provides assistance to other committees in joint projects to enhance community spirit and develop a sense of belonging – ownership. Welcomes newcomers and oversees the operation of the kitchen and the all purpose room.

PASTORAL COUNCIL. Planning and advisory body to the pastor and coordinating body for all other parish organizations. Defines long and short-term objectives. Through election or pastoral appointment, a member serves a two-year term. Meet monthly in addition to serving on one committee and is actively involved in parish activities.

R C I A & RELIGIOUS EDUCATION. Welcomes and supports inquirers who come to learn about the Church and children preparing for sacraments. Ensures diversified religious education and formation programs in our parish for various age groups and many life situations. Assistance is needed as catechists, sponsors for the inquirer, occasional speaker and core team member. RCIA provides for the gradual instruction of the inquirers as well as their integration into the parish and the universal church.

SOCIAL AWARENESS. Promotes and organizes social action within the parish in response to the Lord’s call to serve the poor, the needy and unloved members of society. Raises awareness of those in need through social education. Identifies and responds to major social issues, particularly in the parish and enlists the aid of resource people who can assist in solving specific problems. Coordinates parish efforts with social service agencies and other churches. Maintains a food storage locker. Provides miscellaneous services to qualified persons in the parish neighborhood.

SPIRITUAL LIFE AND WORSHIP. Provides effective and creative liturgical and Para liturgical prayer experiences to express and deepen the faith of Parish Family. Plans, coordinates and schedules various prayer and worship activities including music, altar preparation, lectors, ushers, commentators, extraordinary ministers, altar servers and is concerned with the church environment.

YOUTH ADVISORY BOARD. Promotes active adolescent and teen programs within the parish, including sports, spiritual and social activities. Supports Catholic Youth organization activities on a local and diocesan basis. Seeks out mature adult leaders who can support further youth development.
